Works miracles for me, at least, but there are important points to watch.
First of all, it is very unfortunate that it seems that this cream has not worked for a quarter of the psoriasis population (such as the stinging and worsening effects) - maybe there are different types of psoriasis or more likely people have different types of skin so that the cream struggles to work as it is designed. For me, it has worked miracles!!! I have been a psoriasis sufferer for over 40 years, so you can imagine that I have tried probably everything but nothing has ever felt right for me. By accident, I came across this cream in June 2019, and started applying it to the red patches on my arms and legs. (Luckily, I did not have psoriasis on other parts of my body and it is summer, so I just wear a t-shirt and a pair of shorts and it is easy to apply.) A month later, the red patches on my arms have disappeared and those on my legs have nearly done so. What a miracle result, which I have never had before!!! Important points to watch, though: (1) Do clean your body before application. Otherwise, the cream will be working on the layer of dirt (containing dead skin cells) covering the skin - I wasted a lot of cream and time initially (about three tubes have been used over one month) because I wanted to save some time by applying without washing myself beforehand. Actually, as this stuff is a cream and not a ointment, a quick and gentle cleansing with a moist face cloth is all that is needed. A moist skin is also easier for the cream to work with applying. (2) While this stuff does work at the root cause of the skin problem by normalising the cell production - which makes me feel that the cream is entirely natural to my body so that I have not experienced any side effects whatsoever, it does not address the root cause of psoriasis, which nobody really knows. This means that the red spots or raised patches will certainly come up again in the future, so buying plenty of this stuff for future use while it is on promotion will be a wise long-term strategy. At Boots it is £30 per tube. At Amazon, I bought six tubes at about half price recently (expiring date is August 2021). So a big THANK YOU to Amazon for kindly helping a psoriasis sufferer! *ADDITION ON 10 February 2020: When washing the affected areas, never use any soap or even strong shower gel! I have found that the ingredients of these will adversely affect how the cream works, significantly reducing its effectiveness and prolonging the healing process. Good luck!!! UPDATE on 07/09/2021: This product will not work for every psoriasis sufferer (probably for reasons related to the types of psoriasis), but it has certainly worked for me, a long-time sufferer. Unlike steroids, which have short-term effects but in the long term will invariably make the skin problem worse, this cream is entirely natural. It does not have much demonstrable effect in the short-term, but in the long term it is nothing short of a miracle for me as my skin is being restored to its natural state. Be patient and persistent, if you are a long-time patient because the raised scales built up over thirty years can take three years of application of this cream, twice a day, every day, to become normal. In general, newly developed red spots should disappear after regular applications for up to a month or two. As the above has implied, the product is not a cure for the problem but it has certainly given me the confidence that I am in control of this problem.

Packaging not in English, but a brilliant product
I was a little puzzled at first as the packaging and the entire leaflet for this product were Greek to me - not figuratively, they were actually all in Greek. This is the only reason I have given this 4 stars instead of 5, because the product itself is absolutely amazing. I 've been using it on one patch of psoriasis that I have had for years and years on my knee. I usually manage to keep it under control, but had resigned myself to putting up with it for the rest of time. During the previous month, for whatever reason, the psoriasis was so bad it was driving me crazy. I was constantly scratching and picking at the scabs and as a result my knee was a real mess. Bright red, sore, scabby, weeping... and nothing was soothing it. I saw this in a pharmacy and was horrified at the price (it retails there at £30) but when I found it for cheaper on amazon thought "Why not." It's still expensive, but considerably less than it is to buy elsewhere. I tried it on Monday, so this is day 6. The first time I put it on my knee, it burned to the point of tears. I was applying it neat, apparently you're supposed to wash your skin and apply to warm slightly damp skin OR mix the cream with a little warm water first so perhaps if I had done that it wouldn't have hurt so badly. At this point I was really quite annoyed at my Greek instructions! However within an hour, my skin had settled down, and after that the scabs started to slough off with lots of excess skin cells. This happened each time I applied it (twice a day, each time just straight onto my knee) and I could actually see it improving each day. It did NOT burn again after the first time, though it did tingle for the first two of three days just after application. Less than a week later, I have no scabs left and my skin isn't itchy. On top of that, my skin is pink, not red and cracked. It looks like new skin. While it's still obvious that there is something not right with my knee and I suspect it may always look a different colour due to prior scarring, I am really pleased with it so far. It's expensive, but worth it to me. It also goes quite a long way so this tube should last me for quite a while.

Mixed effect on different patches. Irritates more than heals.
To give a bit of background, I've suffered with psoriasis for some years now and the symptoms are getting increasingly worse in some areas (patches on my back mainly, the size of coins). I've tried all manner of creams, lotions, prescribed medication, etc. Whilst there's only 1 prescribed medication that works, it's expensive and can only be used for short periods of time. I therefore need to use various creams, etc to try to prevent scaly patches getting any worse. I decided to try this cream based on the mixed reviews from other users and have taken on some of the advice given regarding washing, etc. My first observation; this is quite an emulsifying cream (compared with most others that I've used. Some can have an oily or barrier effect, but this seems to use a different approach. It therefore takes quite some rubbing in, or can be left as more of a coating on the skin. I've had mixed results from this cream so far. It seems to be helping with areas of psoriasis that are more like a rash / skin discolourisation. Examples are around my ears and hairline. It tingles a bit in use, but it's not unpleasant. I have a few distinct scaley patches, which it's helping a little on, but not as quickly or as obvious as it is on the rash-like patches. On other areas, where the skin is more broken (a bit like spot sores) it seems to be aggravating the skin a bit. It may help more long-term, but I think I need to allow this area to settle down first. It's early days and I plan to continue using this cream. I'll be sure to update my review if it continues to improve my skin condition. Update: 4 weeks on and I've stopped using this. On the few areas I've continued to use this on, it continues to aggravate the skin on application, causes more itching and dryness and appears to have no moisturising properties to it. Sadly, I can't recommend this. It's made some of my patches worse.

Stops itching..thank goodness
It's very good. Stings a little when it first goes on, but soothes and eases the itching. I would highly recommend this product. I have have tried all the different medicated shampoo for scalp psoriasis as well as creams and oils, with no good results. They just dry my scalp and the itching gets worse. Dermalex moisturises

Decent cream
Good cream that I found somewhat effective. It didn't work miracles for me but may be better for others.
