there is a knot in chain that will not come out

Bought a rose and a the yellow gold versions, wear constantly no color change in the shower with my hard H20, still look brand new, after months of wear

The necklace looks nice once you are wearing it. The chain is too tiny and fragile, making it difficult to hook on in any spot other than the very end hole. The one I received came very tangled. Being such a fine chain, it was difficult to unravel.

On our Christmas exchange the woman I am exchanging with asked for a plain arrow necklace. Boy, this was perfect! I love the idea that it's stainless steel too.
