I wasn't very happy with this basket when it first arrived as it had been folded and secured using parcel ties into a flat shape. It took a far bit of steaming to get it back into a nice round shape with no deep dents and creases marks.However, it is an attractive basket now and I also found that it's much easier to carry a large amount of laundry upstairs, than using a sturdier plastic box basket. The squishiness and handles mean it's less awkward carrying a load round tight corners. I use mine for clean laundry only and once I put my laundry away, I put my basic work clothes for the week in it, ready for getting ready in the mornings. It's pretty enough, not to annoy me left out on my chest of draws.

Bought to store my blankets in my living room. It is the perfect size to store two large thick blankets in and looks lovely in my room.

It was exactly as described. Well made & easy to carry. Perfect for my use. My requirement was a little bit unusual as am using it as a plant pot holder. I need to be able to move a large plant each morning into the light and each evening away from the curtains in my bedroom. Perfect.
