Worked good out of the box but does not work well when diving. Used all summer and continue to have issues. When it points north under water I end up going due west regularly.

アクアラングのコンパスに穴が開いて浸水し、オーバーホール時交換しようとしたら8000円と言われ断念。こちらの商品はダイヤルの寸法からしてハマりそうだったので元のコンパスのカセットを外して入れ替えました。突起があるためケースに少し穴加工が必要で、厚みが少し厚かったので元のダイヤルはハマらずこの製品のダイヤルに交換、少しゆるいものの問題なく使えそうです。元のよりもカセットの素材が硬く頑丈そう。

i needed inexpensive compasses to teach scuba with. These work just fine but don't have the same feeling of quality You get with other brand name compasses from major manufacturers.

Didn't even work a single day. I bought it as a secondary compass to augment the one on my SPG. This compass couldn't find and hold true north even standing in the middle of a field. It's a bad purchase. I'd highly recommend paying the additional money to get a reliable compass. I just did that because being able to properly navigate is critical to scuba diving.

The compass is not precise at all. Depends in how you level your hand
