This product works as advertised. I was impressed by how well packaged the machine was. While the machine is loud, I have heard others that were much louder and more expensive with the fill time being being the pretty much the same (based on actual experience on using different machines, but never actually timed tested).If you are using a pump for filling your PCP gun, then you are using a lot of energy and time just to fill up you tank.I love that I can just press the start button and walk away (or reload my magines) for a few mins to a completely filled 250 bar (from around 150 bar) once the machine automatically stops.This machine allows me to focus on the things that matter rather than doing what feels like a thousand pumps.

Just received this compressor.I filled my Beeman "Raider" .25 rifle from zero psi to 3000 psi in 3.5 min.The auto shut off worked perfectly.The room temp was about 70 degrees.The pump temp rose to about 42 degrees, well within the safe zone.Under most normal usage, I would not empty the guns tank to completely zero.Will update this review if need be, after more use.

Compressor packaging arrived in good condition, and seemed to be working ok when new, filling slower than anticipated, but acceptable for the price point. Fast forward ~60 days and around 50-60 fills, and now the compressor will not fill past 2200-2300 psi regardless of duration. Thinking that it may have been something on my end, I purchased a nice dryer and bottle hose, but this did not help the issue. Confirmed it was not a clogged bottle regulator by trying multiple rifles too.It would be great if the pump priced as it is lasted longer than 2 months... But since it hasn't, it seems like more of a waste of money, causing the one star.

Bought this to replace a Spritech pump and was amazed how much quieter it was than the Spritech. It's been working ok so far. I just had an instance after filling a Hatsan Tac Sortie it wouldn't start filling when I tried to fill my Hatsan Jet 1. I ended up shutting the GX down completely and unplugging it for a few minutes. when I tried filling the Jet 1, it filled ok. Not sure what that was about. I did have a dent in the cover when I received the GX pump. I don't think it affected operation but indicates some rough handling. I may end up buying another one or one of GX's other pumps.

Nice compressor from GX. This compressor pumps fast and I have had zero issues with it. GX has proven itself to be one of the best if not the best compressor company in each of its compressors price ranges. They also have the best warranty of 1yr where other companies typically only offering 90 days.In the bag comes everything you need from the 12v cables, fill hose, block off insert, AC cord, extra filters and blowout discs.This compressors needs no oil or water to keep it cool due to the high speed cooling fans that work very well. Everything is built right in to the GX CS1 including the pressure gauge with automatic shutoff, temperature gauge, 220 or 110 volt switch, 12v or AC switch and the built in power transformer. It also is fairly light weight at only 17.5lbs.When filling my Umarex Origin from 2,000 PSI to 3,200psi it only took roughly two minutes which is a whole lot better than hand pumping every time I need to refill.So if you are looking for your first PCP compressor or replacing one, look no farther than the GX CS1.

This particular seems to run a few degrees cooler than others I've used ,this is important when filling a field bottle for your PCP rifle,or a small scuba tank. I love the auto shut off on pressure gauge ! You can walk away from it with assurity,and the new carbon fiber color scheme looks great!I was on the fence choosing one,I waited 5 weeks or so ,,but I'm glad I did . Not loud either,sounds like a dust buster with a drum beat ! Lol! Stay Safe !

Worked well for a few months and then would not put out more tha 300 psi to a small air tank.I purchased this on February 1, 2024 and contacted them with this problem on November 14, 2024 while the item was still within its warranty.I received no response even though I asked for warranty replacement specifically and the problem continues. Today, March 14, 2025.I emailed them again attaching a copy of my November 14, 2024 email requesting resolution to the problem. At this point, I want a refund. I don't wanna buy a troublesome compressor again, and even on Amazon, it says "frequently returned product"
