The media could not be loaded.  PSA: {CODE FOR THE APP IS 1234}I ordered this unit for $100 here on Amazon. I ordered another unit with a screen for $140.This unit is loud! It has a high pitched buzzing noise that can be heard from the next room. It does have a larger bottle (300ml) and worked accordingly with the app. Like other reviewers mentioned, it came with instructions to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT machine. And the instructions don’t mention the PIN number to the app. I found it below on another review. It was bizarre.I ultimately sent this machine back after 2 days. The $140 unit was much more quiet and came with the HVAC tubing as well as actual instructions.Bottom line: spend the extra $40 and get a nicer machine.

The unit came with instructions for a completely different unit. Instructions say to press “mode” and other buttons that don’t exist on this machine. I downloaded the app and was able to turn the unit on but don’t see how to control the intensity. Also there is a blue light that blinks constantly and I’m sure that should not be. The unit is very noisy when for the 10 seconds that it operates. I don’t see why everyone thinks this is so easy to operate I must be missing something or my unit is defective. I have no way of knowing because there is no number to call anyone to get troubleshooting information. I’m giving it 2 stars only because it is diffusing the scent well. But for all the reasons above I’ll be returning it and looking to purchase another brand. It’s especially important to have clear relevant instructions if they is no customer service number. This item surprised me very much by it's made. The fact that when you open it up there's a large glass container that can hold a great amount and not have to keep buy more scents. The scents are of your choice and has many options. And with a few taps of a button it's easy to change modes. Great item!!!

If you’re looking for an air diffuser for your office, this is a great choice! It efficiently disperses the scent, super easy to set up and use with my iphone. I was also impressed with the quality of the unit. It came with an option to hang on a wall but I had a convenient shelf in a central area to set it on. Overall this is a great value!

One of the best purchase I have made to increase the home environment. This diffuser has the app to control the timer to diffuse scent in the air and since it’s oil based, it provides high concentration of good smell that spreads across the large room. You can easily assemble and the oil lasts about a month with moderate usage. Easy to navigate through the app, easy installation, high quality material, higher concentrated scent makes it a great diffuser.

I have 4 dogs and was super excited to get this in. It works exactly like it should. My only complaint is it is a little loud when it comes on. I like that I can choose my own cycles. Be careful with the strength and amount of oils you use if you have pets. I use a very soft scent with just a couple drops.

I am enjoying this diffuser. It lasts so much longer than my other ones. All you do is put in the essential oil and this handy little machine takes care of the rest.

First of all, this machine is loud and on top of that they will send you instructions for a totally different machine. There is also no sample that you can use once you get the machine and there is no HVAC connection tube, it's not included in the backage. I received it today and I'm returning it tomorrow.
