It's my first time trying. It's thin at first, even with boiled water. So I had to microwave a 20 seconds and stir more for it to become clear. It's slightly sweet, little crunchy here and there... pudding like texture. Much like tapioca. Its a little bit fragrant, but not like perfume. It's easy to prepare, easy to eat. Looks pretty. Takes a few minutes to cool down. Tastes great warm and hot. I added about 175ml, 200 ml was too runny for me. I have a sensitive stomach, this didn't upset it what so ever. It was all around very pleasant to eat. The expiration dates on the bag verses the individual packets are different. The packets are the packaging date and the bag is expiration date.

I like that this is not overly sweet and has small pieces of nuts and purple sweet potatoes. The instructions seem to use too much water for the portioned packages. I suggest starting with just a small amount of boiling water to start the dissolving and thickening process. If the water is hot enough, it will thicken within seconds of stirring. Then continue to add the boiled water a little at a time until you get the consistency that you want (just like oatmeal!).The product price is very expensive for what it is and for the total amount provided. Worth an occasional repurchase but going to try some other brands for comparison.

The media could not be loaded. this is my second time purchasing this brand and while i absolutely loved the first bag, this one is not it. i barely put a cup of water in this bowl, third packet from the bad by the way that is like this, and the soup is all watery instead of being a thick and almost gelatinous consistency...unhappy ):

I was absolutely amazed with the taste. So much so that I ordered more. I wish there were more packets inside but for now, it's worth it. It is surprisingly filling... for me. I tried 2 packets at first and got really full. Start off by using less water than what is in the directions, then add to what consistency you prefer. I will definitely be buying more to stock up on it.

- The date on the Pink package is the -date of manufacturing - the date on the white label stuck on the pink bag is the - Expiration date- ***It has very mild flavor. You can sweeten if you like. It sets lightly in the stomach but lasts, digests rather slowly.

So close to the expiration date not much flavor, not worth the money

If you have a sweet tooth, just add more honey. Otherwise, the flavor is slightly sweet and has a sweet aroma sent to it. The reason why I deducted a star is because the particulates were so small and ground up that I don't see all the nuts and nutrients in it. I guess, I'd like to eat with my eyes and see larger grains and nuts. But eating this has got me to try to make my own! lol. I do recommend this if you're looking for a quick and easy ready made snack drink.
