They shipped chocolate without any ice or refrigeration. So with the warm spring it arrived as chocolate soup not wafers. And since there is no guarantee of the temperatures on the trucks the chocolate has most probably bloomed and thus is absolutely ruined. Tried to see if it could be returned and the product is listed as not returnable. Needless to say I'm ticked off. Note: you can not re-melt chocolate that has bloomed. The milk solids have separated and the chocolate is absolutely useless. It won't set up correctly even if I try to salvage it.

I make macadamia clusters at holiday times and my family prefers dark chocolate. Ghiradelli melting wafers are the best i have found for melting for my clusters. They taste great, my family loves the chocolate. They claim my candy tastes like professional chocolates.

I do like this chocolate and use it all the time. It is sometimes difficult to find in Krogers so I order it here. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely purchase again in the future.

Even though the waffles arrived melted, I put them in a pot in low heat, and melted perfectly. My children loved dipping their fruit and the flavor was great!

Chocolate is great. I have been a consumer for many years.However in this case, the weather was too hot to ship. As a result the chocolate had clearly gone through a melting phase in transit in which there were mainly hunks of chocolate rather than the little wafers. Tasted ok. Next time will be sure to not order in the summer.

The absolute best dipping chocolate on the market. I have been making my own chocolate-dipped treats over the years, and through trial and error have learned that Ghirardelli is the only way to go. Superior texture, quality, and flavor. Definitely 5-star worthy!

The listing did not state that these were not new, but opened packages for chocolate. What a frikin scam.

Believe it or not these did not actually melt! There must have been something wrong with the batch. We tried a double boiler and the microwave and it went from individual discs to one big mass but never to a liquid form for dipping

Great for coating my Xmas toffee. Not really a dark chocolate so everyone likes it. And add a touch of sea salt made it especially delicious.

Overall this product performs as advertised and tastes great.I've found much success in placing these inside a bowl, then placing the bowl inside a pot of boiling water (the bowl does need to float, though, and I recommend you remove the pot from heat before you do this). Obviously this method has risks (e.g. burns, or water splashed into your chocolate), but with some moderate stirring it seems to avoid burning the chocolate.

This item came in two hard blocks, melted and rehardened. Not possible to measure; either have to use one package all at once or throw it out. Very unhappy and disappointed. Guess I can't order this type of product to be shipped.

Great for truffles and coating. Melts easily in microwave for a creamy, rich, silky texture.

The disk melted easily, dried quickly and tasted wonderfully!
