Capable of 1080p recording, your videos benefit from true HD quality and with an ultra-wide 175 degree angle, you're guaranteed to capture all of the action. As well as shooting HD video, the camera can take 5.0 mega pixel still images. There are a range of shooting modes including single shot, triple-shot (taking three shots in quick succession), auto-continuous capture (or "time-lapse") and timed shooting. With the ultra-wide angle comes the ability to zoom in as well, with up to 4x digital zoom. The camera supports up to 32 GB micro SD cards allowing for plenty of video and still images to be recorded.Waterproof Camera HousingThe camera includes an IP68 waterproof camera housing that, as well as providing extra protection to the camera and lens, allows the camera to be used underwater up to a depth of 100 metres. It also protects from dust, snow and mud, as well as being shake-proof and quakeproof, making it ideal for all extreme sports. Access to the start/stop video and still image shutter buttons is still possible underwater thanks to three waterproof connectors in the housing and the TFT monitor is still viewable thanks to the clear plastic construction.Detachable TFT monitorWith the TFT monitor attached you can see what the camera is seeing. This is vital when composing a shot, so you can set up where your subject is within the picture or, if you're attaching the camera to your surf board for example, you can make sure it is recording the exact angle you want.
