Life changing solution!
I was diagnosed with chronic iron deficiency anemia and am no longer able to absorb oral iron. Relegated to painful iron infusions that are detrimental to my veins, I searched for an alternative solution. Your patches are allowing me to absorb iron and maintain my Hemaglobin.

Good patch - 5.6 mg iron = but pricey
Iron deficiency is very common, especially among menstruating women, and folks that are, will likely notice some fortitude and strength from these patchesof 5.6 mg iron. (also very small dose of 4 other ingredients)The RDA of iron for adults 19-50 years is said to be 8 mg men /18 mg women / 27 mg pregnant and 9 mg lactation.AND it's very easy to NOT get enough from diet - especially vegetarians.I've used a patch each day for the past two weeks and although I'm not deficient =I have noticed a pick me up from them = especially if I feel afternoon fatigue. So I am certain these are a benefit = BUT.And they DO stick well - even tossing / turning if left on over night.Although the patch is very convenient it's fairly pricey when you can geta quality brand bottle of 120 - 18 mg capsules for a nominal price($8.00 and up) here on Amazon.OR likely enough iron in a multi mineral capsule. Conclusion = theses are great for someone that can't swallow capsulesor have anything by mouth. (stomach tube - etc)But if it's that iron pills upset your stomach - AND you can takelicorice root extract = THAT has been the solution for mewhich settles my stomach for any and all reasons.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FF2T1H4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Good patch - but pricey at $1.00 a day

Wearable vitamins.
I found out this year that I'm anemic . The iron medicine my doctor prescribed me make me so sick nauseous . These iron vitamin patches are great , Super easy to use I like to we mine in the morning, The adhesive is non irritating to the skin I place it on my inner wrist it stays on the whole 8 hours also just as easy to take off. The best things about these vitamin patches I don't get nauseous. I highly recommend these to any one who is sensitive to the Ferrous sulfate medicine .

Did not produce results
I wore patches for a month and had my iron re-tested. No change unfortunately and some days I wore two patches. I think it is not enough for people with anemia.
