Shot at the Camden Palace in London during September of 1985 this rare footage captures Wendy and band during an epochal point in her career of which there is very little other footage around. In top form here, Wendy's scorching vocals are punctuated by her famous backbend screams. The show features Motorhead joining Wendy onstage for "Jailbait."

Wendy O. Williams - 'Live (And ****ing Loud) From London' (MVD Video) DVD
Gig recorded live on October 1, 1985 at the Camden Palace in London, UK. Superb live sound and picture quality. Tunes here that definitely brought back some insane memories were the power-house opener "Goin' Wild", "Petal To The Metal", their wailing Motorhead cover "No Class" [how relevant], the ass-kicking "Party", the awesome - to say the least "Jail Bait" where Lemmy himself and Wurzel steps out onstage to join Williams, the eight-minute rocking "Bump 'N Grind" and the well received closer "F*** And Roll" where Williams chain-saws a guitar in half. Duration - 56 minutes. Have to admit that Williams never looked wilder - or better. Remember, I saw the Plasmatics a few years prior from the second row. It's been duly noted that Wendy O. Williams cross-breeds punk and metal better than anyone. Has previously been released under different titles - 'Bump And Grind' on DVD and 'Live' on PAL VHS. So there've been copies of this show out there, however this is the first time I'm seeing it. A real keeper. Highly recommended.
