Upfront - I was asked to provide a review on this product by the seller but to get in direct contact with them if I had any issues prior to doing so. I didn't have so here we are. Delivery - Product was delivered promptly in secured state Packaging - like most amazon products over-packaged to the extreme but that isn't the seller's fault. Bottle itself works. Product - I've used both the flavoured and unflavoured variety of these - both are good in terms of size (flavoured variety I used were chewable and larger in size but still easy to swallow for me) Performance - They are doing their job as expected/promised a solid product backed up by their own guarantee. I've obviously re-ordered in the past and will do so again in the future as my Overall - This product has so far proved 100% reliable and the straightforward approach of the seller suits me. If that changes I will revisit. Note - No supplement is a cure-all, magic bullet or wand - you still need to commit to putting the effort in and ensure your nutrition is appropriate. If you aren't going to do that don't waste your money and accept yourself as you are.

Great product. Good value and does the job well. Tablets are a bit thick and hard to swallow, however it does mean there are less tablets to consume throughout the day, than with some other BCAA products.

I am in my second pack of these now and I have to say I am very pleased with the results. I was pretty sceptical at first, I have been doing HIIT, Kettle bell, weights cardio etc for around 10 years. I have always taken protein shakes and train 3 to 4 times a week pretty intensively. Normally I wouldn't train two days in a row purely through soreness but after a couple of weeks of taking the bcaa's, I began to notice that the recovery times were better, I could train two days in a row and I did seem to have more energy during my training sessions and was certainly nowhere near as sore ( normally after a heavy legs session, I wouldn't be looking forward to the next days soreness! ).I take the amounts as suggested, 2 before training and 2 after ( I take the two after with my normal post session protein shake ) and in the days I'm not training I take 2 with a meal. I've also seen a change in appearance physically ( slightly more muscle definition ) and I've only been taking them a couple of months! I would definitely recommend these to anybody who takes there training and nutrition seriously, whatever there personal goals are. 5 stars from me!

BCAAs are a strange beast, some people swear by them, some people say they do nothing. I can now see why… I’m not sure I saw any benefits from these (no reduction in soreness, no reduced fatigue, etc etc.). I normally swear by Amino-X by BSN, but needed something I could chug on the go with water… I probably won’t buy these again as they’re quite expensive and I saw a massive contrast in effectiveness between these and Amino-X.

I've tried many types of BCAA's so far, they definitely increased my results in training as they decreased the fatigue and tiredness of the muscles while helping those muscles get their strength back more rapidly. Jumping back and forth from pills to powders I decided to settle down with powders due to the size of the pills being too large in size, when I first saw this product I almost skipped it, but after seeing the large amount of positive feedback I looked more into the product and eventually being convinced by many reviews I ordered the product, in short - I have no regrets. The pill size is really small, which is probably my favorite thing about the product, but do not be led to believe that they are any less effective than those other massive ones, the ones here are simply a lot more dense, in this case size really doesn't matter. They do the job really well, 1 week later - the experience I've had so far is very positive in comparison with some of the other BCAA's I've tried, they are definitely attributing to my gains a lot, will buy again!

I am happy with its performance, good value

Personally I've found this to be the best BCAA supplement I've ever used. It ticks all the boxes for me. Firstly the tablets are small and very easy to swallow. You only need to have 4 a day to reap the rewards. Secondly they don't have any taste to them whatsoever. The tablets are also suitable for vegetarians, which is ideal for my dietary requirements. I've found them to be excellent value for money as it lasts me about 6 weeks. Lastly and most importantly however, they have made a noticeable difference to my workout, by providing me with added energy during sessions. I certainly feel the pain the next day if I forget to take them pre workout.
