ANDIS T-Outliner

Great product. With my hair receding I need to achieve a smooth finish and this does the job. It’s glides smoothly and doesn’t pull the hair when used on my chin. I’ve noticed that I have reduced ingrown hair on my chin since using this. When the hair starts to grow the ends don’t feel as rough as when I previously used another product.

Solid hair trimmer that doesn't heat like other reviews suggest. The blade is sharp and the motor is powerful. I use it for a perfect bald look (much shorter than a typical trimmer but not quite like a skull shaver which is what I prefer). The only downside is that the adaptor plug is a bit too big but that doesn't bother me too much.

This is my 3rd Andis T Outliner over a 6 year period for someone who does not trim or cut my hair on a regular basis (monthly) that seems like too many in my opinion. However in the last few years I shave on a regular basis on average 2x a week because of my skin texture this is the best method ( clippers) if I want to avoid shaving bumps. What is different about this purchase compared to the previous two andis t outliners was that it was factory tuned so it shaves close and does not have this intermittent strong vibration and change in heightened sound like the device is malfunctioning, as did the previous models.I see both these factors as great improvements only issue; I'm experiencing now is that I'm having more ingrown hair bumps than before, but this could possibly be another factor which I'm yet to identify.In conclusion I was pleased with the price and the purchase despite some challenges, I hope to overcome in the near future.

Hopefully every black man who’s struggling with their skin will read this.After almost three years of pain and destroyed self confidence shaving was a nightmare for me, bumps, ingrown hairs, irritation, i felt like I had to give up on shaving multiple times but I kept trying and trying with different razors, including the notorious DE and infinite amounts of electric shavers/trimmers with no success, I just kept destroying my face until after hours of research I ended up buying this razor that I was eyeing for a very long time, and if I had the chance to talk to myself six months ago I would just say “just buy it you donkey”I’m finally able to get a decent shave and feel my skin nice and soft after that, don’t expect to get super close, the blade is very sharp but for a baby smooth effect invest some money in a finishing tool to remove all the very short stubble left. It’s gonna take a few weeks for clearing my skin from the small old bumps left but now I’m super excited for my shaves with the help of this bad boy, thanks Andis and to yall black men out here, this is the tool for you

Checking the Andis website(s) will show that this is consistent with the "G-I" international model. Therefore, this is unlikely to be a fake.The model that is sold here (Amazon ASIN B01LY3EWA9) is the Manufacturer Item 05100, i.e. the UK version with included power adapter and mains plug.For the high price of this trimmer, I am disappointed by the lack of a free case.Having just bought the product, I do not have enough experience to comment further about its performance.

Cuts really low comparable to other trimmers but definitely not like a razor. Does tug if hair is more than 4mm. Trimmer does get hot with prolonged use.

While using the clippers for the first time. After a short time they become that hot to hold that I had to put them down due to my safety concerns of what was happening.I have never experienced this before.
