I take MSM because it relaxes muscles, people take it for all kinds of reasons. I hadnt taken it for about a year, previously i had the powder version because i was led to believe powder is better. well powder doesnt half taste yuck!. so i bought these, which were great value, as i got one free tub. I had tight muscles in my back, one was always threatening to spasm. After taking these for a week, my muscles were fully relaxed, no more pain and inflammation. Been taking them for over a month now, and still no back or shoulder pain, which was previously constant or recurring. great product and great value.

Really super, I was apprehensive about taking these even though the reviews were quite positive, I did not think they would work as quickly as they had done. I have worn cartilage in my knees so have a lot of pain and also pain in my joints. After only 4 days of taking these I noticed a difference in my joints, my pain was 90% relieved. I am an honest person and would not want people to waste their money so give my honest opinion at all times good or bad, but to me these supplements made a huge difference thankfully. I hate going the doctors and my last scan on my knees showed the cartilage worn away. I wanted to try and find alternative methods and thankfully this worked for me , All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you . I cannot say if it will help everyone but if it helps just one person with this review and it works for them then I am thankful for them.

I have been using MSM powder for the last few months so it was great to find a tablet form, the tablets are quite large but as long as you break them in half there is no difficulty swallowing them, great value for money also if you have felt the benefit of MSM before.

We purchased these tablets thinking it was 360 tablets per bottle which was cheaper than going directly to Simply Supplements website. They arrived today and we see the bottles that comprise 360 tablets – NOT 360 tablets per bottle. So you can get these cheaper if you just go directly to Simply Supplements! This is misleading the way they advertise the quantity!

Very happy with the delivery service, this order arrived very quickly. These MSM in capsule shape are easier to swallow than the round ones I tried previously. Taking them daily to help with arthritis and inflammation.

I have always found MSM useful in helping to combat arthritis, (taken in conjunction with other supplements). I have taken MSM for years, and would recommend these high-strength tablets which come in a usefully large container.
