Punching Bag
My Grandson loved this. He's 10 years old,, it was tge perfect height.

It's a speed ball, not a power punch bag!!
Got this for my 8 year old, who is 135cm, and is perfect for him (set at max height for him). Will probably last a year or 2 until he grows out of it. Good quality build frame, as well as the ball. Comes with pump (the pump needle is inside the pump handle, under a latch - people are too quick to complain without looking properly) which is easy to use. The MAIN thing to takeaway from this review is that this is a speed/agility ball, not a power punch bag. I know it will be hard to tell a child not to smash this as hard as they can, but the purpose of this bag is for speed, agility and technique training. The ball swings back with the stand so helps with dodging movements too. As long as your child does not Iron Mike Tyson the ball, I see no issues with it lasting many years.

Good Boxing kit
My Son liked the boxing kit. It comes with extendable boxing football & gloves . It seems more suitable upto the age of 8 years . Overall good value for money .

they as poor and while they might just be good enough for ...
I have not assembled it yet but I have looked at it and it should do the job but I am concerned about the quality of the gloves, they as poor and while they might just be good enough for punching this blow up ball they would not provide protection for punching a punch bag or a strike shield granted they were never intended to do that but if you have other equipment these gloves are not good enough so you must not be tempted to allow yoyr child to use them. I will throw them away and get some nice quality ones.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this.. very deceiving pictures on the box .... quality of the base is poor I will be suprised if it lasts a month.
