Absolutely amazing customer service. I received a damaged drone the first time it was shipped but they overnighted me another one and the new one has been amazing. Absolutely great picture quality fly's incredibly stable for a drone so small and it has a lot of robust automated features. Just know if you have to calibrate your obstacle avoidance go to the hubsan website to get the program to do it. It's quick and painless after that but it's hard information to find.

First drone. First impression is that it is packaged well and looks sturdy.Wish a charger was included. Instructional video was very easy to learn from.After charging the batteries, took it for a test flight. Flew for about 10 mins. The take off and landings were easy, good for a first timer. The joystick controls were intuitive. The outdoor temperature has not been above 40 degrees (the recommended use), so I have not been able to fly it since.Looking forward to testing all the features.

This is my first drone. Very sturdy and professionally built. Currently in the process of setting it up. Can't wait to fly it.UPDATE: (after using it couple months)1. When the drone took off, it went up like 5 feet and full speed went to the right on its own. Almost hit a coworker in the face then crashed into my trucks tail light, I had no control what so ever.2. I need propellers and its "sold out" in their website. What good is a $700+ drone without available propellers/parts?If you know where I can get propellers, please advise...

Love the drone, my 1st drone and it’s easy to fly. You’ll love it. Highly recommend it. Pricey but worth the cost. The controller fits well in your hand and theDirections are easy and simple.

So far it has been very user friendly. I bought it for my husband with the stipulation that he teaches me how to use it also...so far so good.

I’m not a big drone user but I wanted to start shooting videos where I go camping and fishing. This thing is amazing! The drone is very stable and smooth. The video is amazing and the flight time allows me to shoot video over and over before replacing the battery. The obstacle avoidance feature is really nice to have and works well. If you’re getting serious about vlogging and need in flight video, I highly recommend this drone. The price point is really good considering your other purchase options for the same features at a higher cost.

I'm having a blast with this drone! Super high quality product with some must-have features. The camera is amazing, it’s small and portable, the case is well made, the controller feels nice, and the wind resistance gives me a great sense of security while flying. I'm a beginner with drones, but I was able to get the hang of it really quick and take some really cool photos!

I bought this drone because it met all of my feature function requirements and reviews looked good enough to buy it. The drone came and one of the two batteries was inoperable / dead and would not charge nor show any lights that it was attached to the charger. Furthermore, when setting up the drone on phone, had to have the drone on and it overheated the CPU (based on the dashboard) to 95C and shut down. Happened over and over. I did fly it once and it overheated after 10 minutes in the air and shut off and dropped.For over $1000 cost, you would think a quality name and price would have good quality control and quality parts. Apparently not so much.I sent several emails asking for help and got some responses that were nice enough but did not address my problem. I sent 3 emails after that and the last email I said nevermind, not worth my time and returned via Amazon return. Then just today I got an email asking the same question for what my problem was and asked me to send them info and a short video of the issue which I already did from a last email exchange a week ago. It's as if they have several people looking at emails and not communicating between them. Not a good sign of a company that is supposed to be high quality and reliable. I am saddened since this drone had every feature function I desired and had decent reviews. I am not sure if I just got a lemon and maybe should have tried for a replacement, but I could not get past the quality control issues and the repetitive emails showing they don't have an organized support group.Onward for a search for a quality drone with all the features I need.I hope those that read this just beware and hope you have better luck than I did, but I would not recommend this brand name for the reasons I just explained.
