I got this on recommendation from my midwife, and so glad i did! I love that you can adjust each of the 3 pieces to your proper fit.. i have a bit of a diastasis and this belt has provided me with enough support to relieve some of the discomfort associated with it. I dont know how it would be for c-section mamas, but i would still recommend this to any freshly postpartum person :)

This seems to always be a problem. Doesn’t stay where you place it. The bottom strap is always riding up and ends up aligning with the middle in. I really needed this to help with my postpartum recovery. I do not recommend if you have an hour-shaped body figure.

After a few days of use, I could see that it doesn't have a good quality.

I’m using this while I wait for a faja. Post pannilectomy and I needed quick compression as relief from my medical garment. It works even better because I can get coverage all the way down to my pelvis during the day and then at night, I use one of the three parts. You can select which ones to use. Works great for post op compression!

It’s time consuming to put it on. With a new born you really don’t have the energy to lay all three pieces, put each one at a time so I wore it maybe twice but I think over all it’s a good product just need some dedication
