I think that these are a reasonably priced, and good quality, supplement.It is a shame that these iodine tablets do not also include selenium, as this mineral is helping the body to get the most out of taking iodine.The recommendation is to take 1 tablet a day, so this bottle of 60 tablets will last for 60 days. The tablets are easy to swallow and do not have any unpleasant aftertaste.

I'm very happy with these iodine tablets. They are high strength (5 mg iodine per tablet) and very reasonably priced. Much appreciated!

They used to be red. Now they are multicoloured greys browns and black and crumble.Complained to company, got a free bottle. They were exactly the same.They used to be good but now they are not safe to use. Find another company as this lot can't be trusted. Possibly dangerous.

Fantastic, great value, does as says on back pack ,l can see big difference ,will be buying again ,great price, great value, quick delivery.

It's one of these products that if you take it you do feel slightly better, although you don't see any physical evidence of this I personally felt better while taking it.It's a supplement that was relatively easy to swallow no horrible taste when taking it with a glass of water and I noticed a different after about 14 days of taking it.No noticeable side effects and the container was recyclable.
