Yes, touch the on/off switch and it has 3 brightness level for you to choose.

What is the color temperature of the light?

According to the manual, the color temperature is 10000K-12000K. It will get warm after I used it for several hours, I don't think it's a problem.

What are the dimensions of this light pad?

The whole size is 350*250*7mm and the lighting areas is 310*210mm. Big enough to hold many slides and negatives.
