BURNT HAIR SMELL GONE!
My hair has been having that burnt smell so I did my research and this came up! It works soo well. Its not a really strong vinegar smell. I leave it in my hair for a few minutes as recommend and my wet/dry hair no longer smells like its burning! I have also noticed that it makes my hair feel really really soft and very clean afterwards which I love. Also, how I've been using it, is I may or may not use a clarifying shampoo depending on how dirty my hair is or regular shampoo, use this & no conditioner but will follow up with leave in conditioner after the shower - this has been working great for me!

Excellent
I've had an aggravatingly itchy scalp for the last few years. This product helps immensely. I wash my hair twice a week, once with a clarifying shampoo and once with this rinse. I use this rinse in conjunction with a leave in pre scalp treatment. My protocol: after wetting my hair, I part it in several places and simply dab this on my entire scalp. (Others here have commented on troubles with the dispenser. It takes some adjusting to fully open, so I simply leave it in that position to avoid struggling with next use.) This product is runny, keep that in mind. Wouldn't want to get this in the eyes due to the ACV. I proceed to scrub with a pronged scalp massager and allow this to work its magic while I shower. The lather is minimal but refreshing. It's enough to soak the remainder of my long hair. I then rinse with cool water. After towel drying my hair, I spray on a leave in conditioner. I notice no lingering ACV scent post wash, but it's minimal in general. My hair is very soft and incredibly shiny post wash. My hair looks as if I have applied a professional glaze, really pretty in the light. My scalp is noticeably less itchy and feels/looks much cleaner. My hair is mid back, and the ends have remnants of former highlights. These areas are noticeably refreshed, and detangling is a breeze. I used to scratch my head constantly. Since using this product my discomfort is drastically reduced and getting better with each treatment. Great product, my hair and scalp love it. Will continue to purchase.

Truly a lifesaver
I’ve struggled with seborrheic dermatitis for decades and tried everything from tea tree shampoos to medicated shampoos and nothing helped. Some things made it worse and a couple things made it marginally better but i still suffered from itchy, flakey scalp and nothing brought me relief. To make things worse I started to lose a lot of hair — The amount of hair I lost in the shower alone was measured in handfuls. I was so frustrated and didn’t know what to do but came across a reference to a cider vinegar rinse and started googling. I was nervous about going with a DIY remedy bc I color my hair and I was worried about that. Thank goodness I stumbled upon this shampoo because it has turned out to be a life saver for me!! After about a 3-4 weeks I noticed it resolved my itchiness, cleared up my flakes, and even eliminated the rash along my hairline. That would have been more than enough to define it as a SUPERB product BUT about 6-8 weeks in of use it hit me that my hair loss was drastically improved!! One morning after a shower, I realized that I was no longer taking handfuls of hair out!! I don’t typically write reviews — positive or negative, but I am so grateful for the relief this product has given me that I felt compelled to share the news in case it helps others.

Nothing special
It’s ok, i didn’t notice anything special about my hair after using this for 2 weeks. Nice to know my hair was not getting any harmful chemicals since it was so damaged, but other than that, other than the smell, nothing to note about its efficacy.

Great for Colored Hair
I've been using this for a few months now and here is my opinion/what I've learned - please note that I have very fine hair, but I have a lot of it. My hair is usually long, though I had it cut recently. I have used this on long and short hair. My scalp is very dry, but also gets very oily after a day so I have dandruff AND oil. It's a mess. - It smells like vinegar, which is obvious. I make up for the vinegar smell by shampooing with this and then using a great smelling conditioner. - Yes, you should still use conditioner. My hair doesn't feel amazing right after rinsing this out, but it's the same with most shampoos. I have fine hair and always need to use conditioner. - I also always have to use a bit of leave in conditioner after I wash my hair - every time. It's no different with this. I use Sexy Hair Tri-Wheat Leave-In Conditioner. - I've noticed with using this that it takes a few weeks for my dandruff to go away, and if I use another shampoo in between or after it goes away, it comes back / takes longer (I wash my hair every 3-4 days.) It actually gets a bit worse before it goes away, which seems like a good sign to me that it's repairing my scalp. - I color my hair a bright blue and this does not rinse any of it out. With every other shampoo I've used, color-safe or not, I have tons of blue coming out and my color lasts from 4-6 weeks depending on how harsh the shampoo is. Currently it's been 3.5 weeks and my blue is exactly the same as it was the first day (pic attached) - With the combination of this, conditioner and a little bit of leave-in, my hair feels great and looks shiny. Usually I cannot use anything that contains oils (which is getting harder to find nowadays) but I haven't had the issues with oiliness that other reviewers have had.

The way it cleans but does not leave hair dried out or oily.
It is a great shampoo and conditioner. Leaves my hair thin hair manageable . Absolutely love it.
