Would thse be too hot and sweaty in a very warm/hot climate?

I live in a hot climate also but I found the fit uncomfortable and have not worn them. Maybe if I had a flat stomach they would fit better.

How well does this work for supporting a stage 3 Cystocele Bladder prolapse? Constantly pushing it back in is not working for me!

It’s not a cure but I feel much more secure wearing these. It fits snuggly against you so you don’t feel that bulge and seems, to me at least, to prevent it from dropping more.

in wearing these do you still wear your Depends?

I have a 3-4 stage prolapsed bladder but have absolutely no symptoms including no need for a pad or Depends. You would have to give it a try wearing both. It just keeps my "bulge" flattened like and outside pessary!
