Information packed book that is very easy to digest and broken up in an easy-to-read way. Knowing nothing of Rastafarian life, this gave me some insight into the culture which is perfect before my trip to Jamaica as it has given me a deeper sense of connection.It was particularly interesting during the parts about the Bible and the re-vision of the way we should view it. I've heard the views expressed in this book, regarding the Bible in a different context and thought it was cool to see it revisited through this perspective.Great introduction to Rastafari and relatively objective.

Good base knowledge of Ras.

I enjoyed reading this book because it brought me closer to my heritage. I now have a different meaning of becoming a Rasta. Thank you for writing this insightful book.

This book is an outstanding attempt at a systematic theology of Rasta. It is very readable and in my opinion, a must read for any serious student of the movement

Great book, can highly recommend, i also notice this Gold Medal edition selling for very high prices on some of the international book sites. I got mine while they where still low priced luckily.

Great book from one of my favorite writer, a MUST READ
