I was having a hard time getting the right flange size, these are exactly what I needed. Reduces the flange size and makes pumping comfortable. I really like that they’re clear so you can see your nipple in the tunnel and you know it’s aligned correctly. It’s so nice being able to use a bunch of my 24mm flanges as these fit right in.

These are amazing and so versatile, I bought them to go in a wearable pump I bought and they also fit in my 24mm spectra and Medela flanges which means I get more use out of them! And way cheaper than buying whole new flanges. One of the best pumping parts I have.

Bought them for my daughter. Baby was having a hard time latching on and only liked the bottle. So we got these hoping we could trick her into thinking it was the bottle and OMG ! It worked !! I got them 2 months ago and are still attaching . Really easy to clean . Absolutely recommend them

These fit perfectly flush on my MomCozy S9 hand free pump but there is slight gaping with my Medela harmony and pump in style pumps, but they still work just fine. Like the other reviewers said, they are flimsy so I’m super careful when I remove them to not pull from the little tab from fear of them ripping. These were the only all clear ones I could find help to see nipple placement.

I reached out to baby buddha when i got my pump to as if they had smaller silicone inserts for the flange, they said the one it comes with is the smallest and it makes the flange 22mm. So i went on amazon and found this! They fit perfect on my baby buddha flange and are so comfy! Definitely recommend

I used this product for my momcozy breast pumps. They fit great and have held up during many pumps and many washes. They have helped my pumping experience to be enjoyable and fit well the way I needed them too.

I am clueless when it comes to measuring for the correct flange so to have an insert if I needed it makes a lot of sense and easier for me

These worked great at converting my horns I already owned (and that were too big and uncomfortable to use) to a more comfortable options, ultimately letting me pump comfortably for longer periods of time. Easy to clean. I would definitely recommend!
