Works fine for a Serta adjustable bed.
First...a rant. When one side of my dual-mattress bed stopped working, I assumed it was the remote control. I replaced the batteries and then read a bit to discover that I would probably have to re-pair it to the controller under the bed. Of course, the controllers are installed so that the reset button and LED face the same direction. One side is easy to access and the other faces AWAY from the edge of the bed. My wife and I are in our 70s and she has mobility issues, so I was on the floor trying to reach around the controller and work blindly to get the unit in a pairing mode. I couldn't figure out how to release it from the bracket. (Remember, the bottom of the bed is only a few inches from the carpet and the bed is too heavy for me to move easily.) It took me almost an hour to finally get the idea that the controller did not actually have any power. The power supply LED was not lit. (Duh!) Anyway, at 1/5 the price of the manufacturer's replacement, this power supply saved the day. Fast shipping and it fit perfectly. I didn't need any of the accessories that came with it...just the brick itself. If it lasts for only a year or two, it will still be a bargain. But I have no reason to believe that it won't last for the rest of my life (seriously).
