Would this control progressive/chasing led strip? a led tape switching leds one by one ?

I don’t think so , this has only 2 sensors which you put at the top and bottom of the stairs and all the lights will turn on from either direction Its ok as a product but time delay of the light not to switch off is the same as when it switches on , so you can not adjust the lights to stay longer at the same time to sense quicker.
