They work
I'm not sure why it comes in such a big container. Other than that, they are small tablets and easy to swallow with no taste. I can feel the difference since I've been taking them.

Good Source Of Vitamin D3 & K2
Far from the glass bottle with metal lid suggested in the description photos, these tablets actually arrive in a white plastic bottle that measures 9.3cm tall and has a diameter of 5cm. The plastic used is Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET or PETE) so should be widely recyclable. However it was still disappointing to see that 4/5 of the bottle is empty space.According to the label the recommended dose is one a day, so you get approximately 4 months supply (120 days). The tablets themselves have a diameter of just 8mm, so are easy to swallow. Each capsule is said to contain 4000IU (100µg) of Vitamin D3, and 200µg of Vitamin K2.Other ingredients are said to be Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin K2 (MK-7), Micro-crystalline cellulose, Di-calcium phosphate, Silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. These supplements are manufactured in the UK and are said to be suitable for Vegetarians but NOT Vegans. . They have no artificial colours or preservatives and are GMO free. The bottle I received has a best before date of 2 years from the time I received them. The label is nicely designed, however it uses an extremely small font, that some people will need to magnify in order to read. It’s always hard to recommend supplements as what works for one person may not work for others. However, if you are after a source of Vitamin D3 alongside Vitamin K2 then I can recommend these tablets. The different bottle to that in the description, alongside the wasted bottle space is disappointing though, as is the hard to read label.~ Amazon asked me to review this product and to give my honest opinion about it. That’s what I have set out to do, so I hope you found it helpful. ~

Small, easy to swallow vitamin D3 (+K2) tablets. A good daily dose - 4 months supply.
I take Vitamin D3 regularly as I am not often outdoors, so my best source of vitamin D (sunlight) is not shining on me. The 4000iu dosage is higher than some other tablet supplements and getting a 4 month supply for less than £10 makes the value very good. The tablets are double-sealed (a screw-on cap and inner peelable seal) and I really like the fact that they are made in the UK. I am very particular about the origins of this type of product and generally will only consume UK, or Europe made products. The tablets are very small and so easy to swallow. For those of you who prefer to chew a tablet rather than swallow I did test a tablet. In my opinion it wasn't a very 'chewable' tablet because it's very hard. If left in the mouth for a little while you can chew it but I wouldn't particularly recommend it. There's very little discernable taste though, so once you have started chewing the tablet there's nothing unpleasant taste-wise. There is a slightly peculiar aroma when you sniff the jar of tablets though... not horrid, but just a bit unusual and I can't even describe it to be honest.I would be happy to purchase these in the future as I think that they are good value, and I appreciate the "Made in the UK" origin.

Much needed
Getting enough Vitamin D3 is absolutely vital. In the UK in particular we don't get a huge amount of natural sunlight and having been through 2 years of on again off again lockdown, chances are we are all slightly deficient in D3 which makes folks more susceptible to viral nasties - not just the 'rona, but things like colds and flu. These specific tablets are easy enough to swallow, though not as easy as softgel capsules. They are 4000 IU which is pretty much the highest level you get get over the counter, too, which is marvellous. (I currently take at least 10000 IU a day and when winter comes in I'll probably up that slightly. If you're wanting to introduce D3, it might be worth doing a blood test to find out exactly how much you personally need.)These tablets also contain K2, which is great - it prevents the D3 from being stored in your body where you don't want it stored. You get 120 tablets in the bottle, so the £9.97 cost will last you 4 months, which is good.

Excellent value and strength
My wife and I have both supplemented with D3+K2 for several years and strongly believe in the benefits which are well documented and have been well researched. There’s plenty of info available on and offline regarding these vitamins and their beneficial health effects. A few doctors and nutritionists are now even suggesting that supplementing with these vitamins is essential especially if you are of a certain age and particularly if you live in the northern hemisphere. These D3 + K2 tablets from Vitamist are made in Britain and appear to be of the highest quality, easy to swallow, small sized tablets are a good strength at 100 µg of D3 and 200µg of K2 which is about the maximum dose of these vitamins. Good value for 4 months’ supply.

Five stars
I take a Vitamin D supplement every day following being Vitamin D deficient last year. This comes in a plastic bottle with 120 tablets (so 120 days worth) with a dosage of 4000iu. I've read that this is highest daily amount you should take. The tablets are fairly big, but quite flat, and are easy enough to swallow. They could be broke in half though if you struggle to swallow this size. Benefit wise - I don't know! I've been taking supplements for a long time now and I've not been told I'm deficient anymore, so they must be doing something. Vitamin D supplements are particularly useful in the darker months when we don't get as much sunshine, but I think they are well worth taking throughout the year.

Great for the immune system
Vitamin D, as I've said time and again, is brilliant for the immune system. I've been taking it daily for a couple of years now and, in that time, I've had exactly one cold. The pills are easy to take. If you have a difficult time swallowing pills, like I do, your best bet is to take them directly after food. They don't taste of anything I can detect. And they're doing me good.Excellent stuff. Recommended.
