The gel does what I need it to. Helps with pain and allows my muscles to relax. I keep it with me at work where I have a significant amount of repetitive muscle use/strain. Also important is that it has a nice smell to it and it doesn't leave any sticky residue. I highly recommend it!

I'm a runner and I am pretty much always tight and often sore. The gel has worked really well to relieve the tight muscles in my calves and the bottom of my feet. I have plantar fasciitis which is such a pain, and the relief to the calves also helps reduce the pain in the feet.
