I've been using this board for the past 3 months to help with some degerative spinal issues amongst other issues in multiple segments. My therapist uses traction on me in every pt session, while I use the board every other day for 5 minutes. Both approaches offer some temporary relief.I removed the lumbar support altogether as it was causing pain when pushing up against my spine, no matter how I positioned it.Also, you'll want to adjust the length of the leg support to help with the balance when you're on the board. If anything, bias the balance so that it's a little easier to return to the upright position. You'll want to have someone with you the first time you use the board until you get the balance correct since you may need a little assistance getting upright to avoid straining your arms.All of the doctors whom I'm consulting with, have all recommended doing a partial inversion instead of a full inversion so I do use the safety bar.The board is well made and should last a life time. Can't imagine why I would pay more. The board performs a pretty basic function and meets my needs.

Delivery was a little bad. Box had a huge hole/dent in it. One of the metal pieces was bent. I was able to straitened the bent piece without harming the frame or paint. Works great. Took about an hour to assemble (pay attention to the instructions, very specific, had to take apart and reassembled twice because I read the instructions wrong).

This is a quality Inversion Table with no-frills. It gets the job done without the unneeded vibrating massage or heat. It can collapse to store against a wall in any room, taking-up approx. 2.5 square feet of floor space. NOTE, requires assembly and should have stated that TWO people are needed to put it together properly.

This gets used every day by 3-5 people. I did not expect that. Thought it would turn into a clothes rack and instead it's in our living room because it's used so often. People in our home range 5'4"-6'4" 120 lbs-270 lbs

Easy set up, easily transitions height. My 300 pound 6’5” husbands loves it. Very sturdy.

I purchased this inversion table today. The company says it is easy assemble but took us 3 hours due to the fact that the QR code that takes you to the assembly instruction video is slightly different than the model I received. It was so annoying not seeing the same parts assembled as in the video but we figured it out. The feet rest pinch my feet even with sneakers on and cause the bottom of my feet to burn a bit. Don’t like that is doesn’t fold all the flat.

I suffer from frequent back pain mostly due to my size. I'm 6 ft 440 lb, I've had multiple slipped and herniated discs and I'm always looking for back relief, though this isn't rated for someone my size I did take the chance to use it and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not just me but my father who's a little on the large size and my sister who is rather small have all benefited from this product. I would absolutely recommend it is genuinely one of the best investments I've ever made.

Product defective,metal split and damaged Amazon closed store an told me no need to return merchandise. I payed a fabricator to fix this. Amazon has not refunded my money but continues to charge me a monthly fee. Your not worth the headaches Amazon.
