Best Veneer glue on the market
I have always loved titebond glues, they are reliable and economical, this glue works great for veneer, I would defiantly recommend it.

Don’t apply to thick
I’ve used this glue mostly with paper backed 10 mil veneer, with my largest glue up measuring 48” x 36” (120 cm x 90 cm). I use vacuum pressing exclusively. The key to prevent rippling is not applying the glue too thick. If you do, the veneer and its paper backing absorb too much moisture from the glue and rippling occurs, even with a strong vacuum. I make pencil marks on my substrate and then use a foam roller to apply the glue so that the pencil marks are still visible when the glue has been rolled on with sufficient thickness. Applied and pressed correctly, the glue works well. Highly recommended.

This is good stuff. I use it in a vacuum press
This is good stuff. I use it in a vacuum press. The open time was great, the bleed through was nearly nonexistent and transparent to finish. I used to use liquid hide glue but it seems to be disappearing, this is a good substitute but it probably isn't reversible like hide glue is. The shaking was not a problem, the day before I used it I stood the bottle upside down to get the solids moving and shook it up just before use.

Great workability.
Excellent product, was very easy to work with. I'll be buying more for my next project.

Great veneer glue
This is a great inexpensive veneer glue with a decent working time. The other option for long working time is urea glue which has a long working time but requires a respirator and good ventilation. The titebond cold press veneer glue was the easy choice.

It sticks
I was a bit apprehensive because vacuum bag glue ups are typically a costly endeavor. You do not want it to fail so typically I go with a higher end glue. So far, this has been perfect and has not created any staining on my veneers. I do use paperback veneer. I do not know how it will act with without a paperback veneer.

Works great
Great adhesive for veneer projects. Doesn't leave a hard glue line so I wouldn't use it for any sort of bent lamination where springback might be a consideration.

Need's a vacuum bag
You really need a vacuum bag for this stuff to work correctly. Description and label do not paint a complete picture. Caveat emptor.
