Great adhesion, perfect for labeling freezer meals.

These labels are waterproof and difficult to remove. They leave a residue that is hard to remove. Not recommended.

Good but peels of easily only if not wet. If the label accidentally gets wet it can be difficulty to remove and will leave a gummy residue.

I use them all the time, for food I put in freezer, to mark something in the kitchen frig, in the pantry. They are easy to remove but stick like they should.

Perfect for frozen foods
