Great gluten free cake, can be made dairy free with plant-based butter and sour cream, very tasty.

I can NOT believe that these are really GF. They have incredible flavor and my family loves each of these flavors. I make the batter substituting lowfat yogurt for the sourcream, and then pour some of the batter into my waffle maker. PERFECTION! So yummy! Great for snacks and morning breakfast! (and YES, they are sdefinitely GF!!)

This is the best lemon mix I've found for a GF cake. I use fresh lemon zest in the cake and glaze and use the juice for the glaze. It enhances the flavor! For the caramel I just followed package directions and it took was delicious. Haven't made the orange yet.

I’ve been using Magnolia products for about 4years now and decided to try the Caramel flavor. Love them all. I often cook these in a small toaster oven when I don’t want to turn on my stove. These also freeze well! I sometimes bake 2 at a time and freeze one for future use. My family’s favorite is the lemon-my favorite is the orange which reminds me of fruity pebbles.

I have bought and prepared several gluten free baked good mixes over the years. (several of my friends are on gluten free diets so I always try to accommodate when they come into town to visit) Many of the mixes are simply NOT good, tasting more like cardboard than an actual dessert.You get three pound cake flavors in this bundle - orange, lemon, and caramel. I have prepared and tried them all!I opted for the dairy free option, using dairy free yogurt instead of sour cream.I was pleasantly surprised how these turned out. They weren't dry and tasteless like many gluten free pound cakes. They were dense yet still fluffy and had flavors that you could actually taste! Of course, you can always choose to spruce up the flavor even more with your own glazes (I did make a lemon glaze just to try out the recipe - SUPER YUM!) but they are actually quite good on their own. My gluten free friends were extremely happy with them when they came over for coffee and cake. :)

Fantastic gf mixes. Lighter and fluffier than most, bakes well. It also isn't as grainy as most gf mixes that contain rice flour. I was afraid they'd be too sweet, especially the caramel one, but they aren't. My gluten eating family even loves them.

Magnolia cakes are so moist and delicious that one would NEVER know that they are gluten-free. They are a little costly, but if I am going to take the time to bake a cake, I like to know that it is going to be really yummy.
