I make hand chopped pesto - the old fashioned way. This is comfortable and sharp and cuts the basil and nuts easily. Using this is much nicer than a regular large kitchen knife.Not hard to care for - just be nice to it, some submerge in water, wash by hand and then dry. Easy.

Arrived the last day of scheduled delivery time (still within expected time so no complaints). The seller responded quickly to all questions I had. Bought this knife as a gift for a family member who loves to cook, I will update the review after her comments. The packaging is as shown in the picture, nothing fancy or protective for the blade but the knife itself looks very good quality.
