Works good!
Very simple to use. Only minor issue is the plastic air nozzles are not easy to install. I find it I push in and twist at the same time, like the instructions say to do, but I need to push the side sticking out in with my thumb finger nail. No rocket science required.

The charging cable is way too short
The product works ok to dry the ears. I bought it because I was constantly replacing the batteries in my Mack dryer. The charging cable is too short and also (of course) does not come with a power plug. You have to charge it on your computer. I want to buy a longer cord so I can keep it in the bathroom but no where does is say the name of the cord. Also, no way to ask a question to the vendor. I will have to take it to Target with me in order to get the right one. So the product could definately use some improvement from that aspect. Hassle

Never knew I needed this.
Itchy ears are a thing of the past. Until recently I always assumed the itchiness was wax based, so i would use a cotton swab. Little did i know, cotton swabs are the devil for ear health! But it's the bane of the HVAC world and now ears...HUMIDITY!! Now I know the ear dryers exist and itchy ears are a thing of the past. As far as this item goes, it is my first so my experience is weak, but it does work to stop the itch. If i had one complaint it would be the speed of heating.

Doesn't blow warm air
Leave it to sit 30-45 seconds and it never blows warm air. Have to tolerate cold air going in ear.

Works as advertised
I bought this because an avid swimmer like myself am constantly getting swimmers ear(ear infections because of moisture) and needed something to dry my ears. This blows warm air into the ear, drying it out. Cool
