gorgeous statement piece.
Looks like a very expensive piece. It was easy to assemble and really is quite exquisite. The chimes sound a little tinny, but overall really great purchase!

Great product for the money
I absolutely love this clock. I love the details and it is just beautiful in my home. The chimes are perfect.

Not a quality clock
The clock was easy to assemble. The finished product was not a quality piece. The chime was barely audible and turned to the max. The pendulum motion was short and quick, as this was obviously an issue. After sending a video of the pendulum, I was given a return authorization.

Very Nice Clock, pendulum is cheaply made.
The clock was packaged well and arrived early. It had a few scratches on the pendulum, I was not happy about that and also was very cheaply made. The rest of the clock was real wood and had a very nice appearance. I put the clock together by myself with no problems. We will see how well it works over time. Overall, very nice clock for the money. Only negative, it is made in China...and not stated in the ad or I would have looked for another American made product to buy. Also, is it really necessary to put full length tape across the glass? It took me 2 days to get the tape residue off of the glass.

Grandfather clock was missing finial.
I'm finally getting around to giving this grandfather clock a rating. I've had it for a while now and it works great. Everything is five star except one important thing that brings it down to a one star. When opening the box and following the directions to assembly the finial was missing. If the directions say that certain parts are contained in the packaging they should all be there. The finial was not. One can imagine how big the box was and how inconvenient it would be to return to the seller. Suffice it to say I had to suck it up and move on. That is the only negative thing to be said. The clock is great. It looks good. It runs good. It would look even better if it had the finial that was supposed to be provided 😉
