Are there pieces available for serving pieces?

Yes there is an option to buy one for serving pieces. It will only fit platters. I actually just bought the wine glass holder and am going to modify it for my serving bowls.

Do you sell a plate storage for 9 inch wide salad bowls?

The 10" plate storage in this set should work for a 9" salad bowl.

Can you stack these once filled considering they have a soft top and bottom?

Yes you can. I have only stacked 3 high but have had no issues

If I put my clean Christmas dishes into these containers, is it safe to use them next holiday season without washing the dishes again first?

The containers are closed with a zipper and all sealed well. If you layer all dishes with flannel squares (which are included) you probably don't need to wash again. Personally I would rinse all the dishes off when using for the first time after being stored for a while.
