Senior female; just got the garant snow sleigh for pushing snow. any recommendations/tips for where to place this to help back issues?

I love these things, I tried a cheaper brand before and they just broke. These are heavy duty and I have them on all my snow shovels (I live in Minnesota) Just install it sort of loose, so it will slide up and down on the handle, bend over like you normally would when grabbing the shovel to lift the snow. Tighten it down right there. It may take a little adjustment to get it perfect for your arm length and body height, but once you get it dialed-in, you will never look back.

Would this help me handle the toilet paper after I use the bathroom?

Any experience using this with a Pressure washer?

Have not used it on a telescoping pressure washer pole but it should help you control it while extended. The higher the PSI the harder the control. Have used it on a electric chainsaw extension pole which helped somewhat. Problem was the chain saw was heavy when extended and made control difficult. The handle will give your back and shoulders some relief. Recommend you wear a back brace as well.
