I use this to eliminate ground loop noise in my car. Works great. Great value, great product. Performs as expected.

Like magic - noise is gone instantly.
I don't quite understand how this works, but it does. I was getting horrendous noise when plugging my Mac into a small mixer. poppe in this plug and crystal clear sound, simple as that. I appreciate that noise can come from many sources and problems, but for me, this worked instantly, so I'm thrilled by it.

Completely fixed PC audio output
I connected my PC audio output to a power amp and monitor speakers and experienced horrible buzzing and interference from PC video - if anything moved on the screen then the monitors made a horrible noise. This little filter completely fixed the problem - perfect silence apart from the true audio signal.

No effect at all...
This has NO EFFECT on the noise in the audio between my phone and the car AUX system. The noise is still as bad as ever when the USB power is connected as well as the AUX audio cable.
