I bought these to complete ultra marathons. I used to take ages to recover afterwards so bought poles to help take load off my legs and hips. I've done two ultra marathons with them, both with mega elevation climb and they make it so much easier and I'm recovering within days of finishing and ready to run again. They were cheaper than the other brands I was considering and I'm so glad I got these. Very easy to assemble, just pull them to their full extent and to close just press the pin back in. Very lightweight and not a problem to carry when not in use. I'd really recommend them and hope they last for a long time.

I bought these in a panic before a muddy hilly multi day ultra event and they literally kept me on my feet!Light weight, easy to carry, easy to assemble, strong and dependable.. my new best friend.. love them!

Good poles

I used these poles during my most recent 80k ultra, and they were a game changer! It was a difficult ultra for two reasons. First off, it was a very mountainous ultra, with a treacherous first and last 25k. Second, I did very little elevation training which is all my fault. Honestly, if I did not have these poles I wouldn’t have finished. The poles are very light weight and super easy to assemble. I suggest watching how the pros assemble their poles, where they essentially pull the top part down and the rest just fits into place, and just do what they do!I highly recommend these running poles!

They were half the price of reputable UK sold brands. Almost the same weight, worked fine although the hand grip lacks shaping so is uncomfortable to use for longer runs.Then one broke as I was unfolding/locking into place. Impossible to fix and no warranty or repair.Poor.

Light weight and easy to assemble. Folds down to an easy packable length.

I read the reviews for these running poles and had high expectations which were exceeded!. The only thing I would say is that there are no instructions for assembly. All you need to do is pull the poles until the little button at the top clicks out. Then you have a great pair of high quality light running poles that look great.

Very flimsy and kept collapsing

Absolutely surprised at the quality of this product. Set up and break down is simple and can be done while running. Weight is perfect, and have put about 50 hard miles on them so far, and they are holding up very well!

Muy cómodos y prácticos de transportar. Me gusta el velcro para contenerlos una vez plegados. Desearía que la dragonera o cinta fuera un poco más ancha y amortiguada.

Bastones súper cómodos, ligeros y fáciles de utilizar. Por el precio que tienen no se puede pedir más. Dos inconvenientes: hay que limpiarlos bien para que el plegado no se estropee. Me gustaría más una drsgonera tipo Leki

Super contente de cet achat, testé juste une sortie sur du court (mais intense) et a l'air solide. Ultra léger et compact, facile a replier. Seul petit point négatif c'est dur au dessus de la poignée ce qui n'est pas du tout agréable en descente, j'imagine que sur le long ce n'est pas l'idéal.
