One Tin Bakes Easy: Foolproof cakes, traybakes, bars and bites from gluten-free to vegan and beyond

I loved Edd’s first one tin bakes book and have been awaiting the arrival of this one. All the recipes look super easy and there is as much variety as the first one tin bakes book. It’s also great that the book contains some vegan and gluten-free recipes. Even though I’m neither I have friends and colleagues who are so more options is great!

This is the first time I’ve bought a recipe book (and I have many!) and thought, “I want to make every recipe in this book!” It’s a beautiful book and the recipes all look so good!!! I can’t wait to try all of these.

I bought the first book, and have been patiently waiting for the second. Already glanced through it and found some wonderful recipes to try. They all have a slight twist which I love. My builders have been my guinea pigs as I make them a cake each week out of Ed's books! (and they love them!!)

My copy of the book arrived yesterday and I was so impressed with all the recipes. Great selection of options, with plenty of gluten free and vegan recipes as well. I’ve already made one recipe from the book - the scotcheroos (the best Rice Krispie treats you can imagine) - and I’ve bookmarked loads more to make soon. Destined to be another regular cookbook in my rotation

Such a smart book to take an interesting and diverse collection of baking styles, and translate them into digestible recipes, along with charming text and beautiful stylisation!I think this man has an art for flavour, simplicity, and style…Definitely recommend!
