Can i remotely toggle power off/on for a specific port? (sometimes a poe device "hangs", my current bad solution is to unplug and replug.)

Should the gs316epp behave like an unmanaged switch when it is factory reset? or does it need to be setup?

Does this have to be connected to the router? I have satellight Ethernet.
