I have been using L Glutamine powder for a while and I thought I would try these tablets as they are more convenient, easy to just take out a tablet and take with a drink. The tablets are big, but they need to be to give you the full benefit of the L Glutamine. I take these pre workout to give my muscles a better recovery time and protein powder post workout. These tablets also seem to help with stomach problems too which is an added benefit.

I’ve taken glutamine powder many times when training, and the taste has always been a bit of a chore if I’m honest. Tablets make it a lot easier. These are great for speeding up recovery, and personally I find they add a bit quality of life upgrade over their powdered alternative. Price feels fair for that quality of life.

I'm really trying to optimise training results at the moment, as middle age really is making results harder to get.And of course one of the ways to do that is to really get it right on supplements. So when I saw these on Vine I ordered instantly.They are just as described, a big foil resealable pack with 120 capsules (covering from 120 to 40 days, depending on the dose you choose). I didn'tr count them of course but it feels like it's right, and more importantly (always a thing about foil pouches) none had burst open.What I found a bit hard to swallow was, well, just that. They're quite chuky pills, and sadly their coating, if you don't swalow them instantly, gets quite soggy and 'grippy', making it even harder. So if you have usual issues with pills, maybe skip these ones (and you can't just open the tabs and use the powder, as they're supposed to be slow release ones)Anyway, good value pack, as long as you don't mind big pills

This is a great Glutamine Capsules 800mg capsule that has 120 capsules / pack. It is very good for Reinforce Gut & Intestinal Health. It boost the immune system. The capsules are helping to recover and regenerate muscle and skin repair. It is good for anyone that does work out or exercises. The capsules are easy to swallow and i didn't notice any flavour. The pack is completely resalable. Great quality product and good value for money.

Maybe it’s an individual thing but I’ve not seen any difference at all. We all try these Amazon specials with bold claims but it’s just click bait. I’ll do more research next time

I use L-Glutamine a lot as part of my supplement routine so I was keen to try these.They contain a decent 800mg of L-Glutamine per capsule and I've taken 5 before training, and 5 after for a total of 6.4g per training day.You never really know if they work or not, but Glutamine is a cheap and universally recommended supplement to take if you train hard, and I do think it works.It is also nice to see that these are made in the UK from a company in Preston. I hope to see and try more of their products in the future if they are as well made as these capsules - The BCAAs look like a win too, especially for trips away where you just can't take your whey powder with you!I'll be keeping these in my gym bag for pre and post training, for which I actually think capsules work better than a powder for as you literally just need water to quickly get them down 30 minutes before you start and straight after.A little on the expensive side for £12.99 for 120 capsules (which will only last me 15 workouts), but I can still easily recommend them.
