Seem to work... easy to digest

The list of ingredients is amazing - to have all of those in 1 pill is a big plus. My wife and I have been taking them for the past 2 weeks and haven't gotten sick, and seem to even feel a little bit of a boost. She was feeling naturally run down and these may have helped her to avoid getting sick. There is no taste and they are easy enough to swallow. We will keep these on hand as we get into the flu season.

What I can't tell you is if the ingredients are legit. That's what all my doctors tell me about why they will never endorse supplements and such. Could be anything. That said, if the ingredients are legit they're supposed to help with your immune system.What have I noticed?Well I haven't had any adverse reactions that I am aware of. I also haven't gotten sick, nor have I died, nor have I gained superpowers.Overall the pill is pretty basic, a little on the large side but nothing compared to a giant fish oil. Not sure about the flavor as it's a PILL that I SWALLOW not something I'm chewing on. (or am I doing this pill thing wrong?)With everyone at work getting sick I figure I'd give it a try and so far nothing to report is about the best one could hope for with a product like this.

I absolutely love that these vitamins have more in them than the others you buy.I swea by these as I have had more energy since tsking these.Worth buying.

I wanted to try this now that winter is coming. There is so much packed into these pills, and you get a 2-month supply. I started taking them as soon as I received them. So far so good. Easy to swallow, it is now part of my daily routine. I haven't had them long enough to know how much they are helping me, but there have been no adverse reactions which is also very important. Will update in the future when bottle is near empty.

This supplement is a great blend to help me stay healthy during cold and flu season.I've always liked taking vitamins C and zinc. I recently decided to add elderberry. This supplement has all of that and more.The capsules have very little scent and no taste.They are very large capsules but pretty easy to swallow.

I have taken them for a few days now and feel pretty good. I am a total baby when it comes to taking pills but these are OK. Not my favorite aftertaste but i have had much worse.

Please can I have a ride at a better time!As a mom of 5 young kids, I really don’t have time to get sick. Well, my kids sure did and all slowly started popping up with the flu over a weeks time.I had started taking these and while I can’t say for sure if they are what have helped me stay healthy, I can say that I still feel great and I have been very clearly exposed to my children, to the point I found my toddler (who was flu positive) drinking out of my water bottle and apparently had all day while I was drinking out of it.I will continue to take these though the season to aid in my overall health.
