D O N O T B U YI had a very plain 10k gold band and tried to get 1/2 size increase. The band was curved and the curved mandrel made the edges sharp as a razer. The flat mandrel made a mess. The machine work on these is terrible. They are sloppy and imprecise. I will find no use for this in my shop (not a jeweler).

Nervous about trying the ring expander. Reviewed online techniques for using it before it arrived. Started slow, using least liked ring. Was pleased with outcome. Great purchase.

I wanted to like this product but it’s just too hard to use!
