nuLOOM Brielle Machine Washable Vintage Medallion Area Rug, 4' x 6', GreyI am gobsmacked. This is a blanket. No, seriously, it even has blanket-stitched edges. The whole thing is as thick as a blanket, integrating the light rubberized backing. I simply couldn't understand how you would get a rug into a washing machine, so I expected thin. However, I never imagined that it could be this insubstantial. All I can visualize is the trip-hazard on travelled areas. Anyone shuffling their feet would be in trouble, particularly when the rubberizing degenerates (if, indeed, it provides sufficient stability now). Well, now I know what a 'washable rug' is. Live and learn. Returned the same day. One star only, because it's closer to a lap-rug than a carpet-rug.

I love the look of this rug! It’s grey and ivory with tones of beige. It has a classic look that matches most decor. I purchased it for the entry way, so it being washable was a big plus. The pattern looks like it can easily hide any dirt brought in from people entering the home. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t comment on that, but it vacuums easily. It has a rubber backing, but I like to use rug tape to hold it flat to the ground & prevent movement. I like it so much that I’ve ordered the runner for the mud room to match:)

I like that the rug is lightweight and subtle colors. The creases from packaging haven’t settled so I think I need to go ahead and wash, even though it’s not really dirty.

It’s pretty and it’s thin, which I actually needed, but the quality is just ok. I’m not sure how long it will last especially since it is in a high traffic area.

Looks exactly as it is portrayed in the advertisement. Does move around a bit on the floor even with a non skid under rug. I haven’t washed it yet so not sure how well it cleans. It is thin but that’s fine for my entrance.
