Will it fit v1-panasonic?

Yes it will. It’s the same strobe with a mount for Panasonic.

Do I need anything else to attach it to the Godox V1 flash?

The magnets hold the diffuser onto the V1 flash...nothing else needed. They also make a diffuser plate if that might interest you. Godox AK-R13 Diffuser Plate...you can use one or both as it's magnetic also.
