These file cabinets were easy to setup and look like farmhouse to me. I bought 2, and took the glass from and old desk to put across the top to make a new small desk. They have soft sides, but the frames are sturdy enough for what I need. The price point was a great value, which I always look for.

The basic frame looks nice and is sturdy. The functional design is solid. However, the drawers ruin an otherwise fine product. The drawers are made of non-sold materials and a nylon like material. Where this really can come into play is when trying to close the drawers, and the big bottom drawer is the worst. It has a hard time closing completely as it hits the back of the frame, and you have to try and lift the back to get it over that slight frame rub. I am not sure how long this drawer closing work-around will continue to work. If I had heavier items in the drawer, it might not work or the drawer may fail structurally over time as I have to lift the back of the drawer using the drawer face. A shame the drawer ruined the otherwise solid product.They supply all tools to assemble except for a phillips screwdriver. They also give 1 extra piece of screws and nuts for each type in case you mess one up or lose one.

Design-wise it looks okay, assembly was not easy. None of the parts are labeled and you just have to figure it out. It is definitely not worth 50 dollars.

Took me about 30 mins to assemble, included all of the tools you need.Pleasantly surprised how well does it look for so cheap!

This cabinet fits my needs. My 13 year old put it together for me. It works for me. I love the fact that you can use the top of the table for medium objects. Works, great for me.

Took a while to assemble, but that is because I was checking and rechecking the "instructions" (which as usual, were just drawings.) My experience with things like this has taught me not to do what is natural...which is to ignore so-called instructions and plow ahead, then later have to take something apart and redo it! It is basically for temporary use and will serve my purposes.

I’ve been looking for a multi purpose cabinet within my budget for a long time. I would like to hold files for office and use it as a night stand at the same time. This works for me. Like other reviewers mentioned, it was made of cloth instead of wood. Personally, I don’t mind it. It makes the cabinet light and easy to move. However, it won’t work as sturdy as wood cabinet. I really like the industry design and the color. The color looks the same as pictures. It doesn’t look cheap at all. With extra storage, I can put my personal stuff and snacks in there. It’s a little expensive to use as a file cabinet but it works great to use it as a night stand too. Overall, I enjoy it so far.
