I got this after my Facebook and Gmail accounts were nearly compromised, and I’m so glad I did. What I love most is the NFC tap feature, which makes logging in on my phone super quick and easy. The key itself feels sturdy and well built, definitely not something that will break easily. It's also IP68 waterproof, which gives me peace of mind when I carry it around. The setup was simple, and it works smoothly with my Apple ID, Google, and other major accounts. Totally worth it!

Wow. Ordered yesterday and it was here this morning. Reflects well on both GoTrust and Amazon. Packaging is as expected. The Key looks as expected except that I like the BLUE light on the touch sensor...very cool. Installation and use is flawless. Security being so important these days, I had a lot of options, but this one is good value for $ and works as expected. 5 Stars all up.

Buy something better

I purchased this item in hopes of making my computer and the important apps more secure. Even though logging into my apps, accounts and computers are taking a little bit longer than before, this key has seemingly improved the overall security of my data. I can go to bed at night without having to worry about important data being accessed and stolen. I have made some serious security checks on my systems, and have found that my by integrating both a password manager and the use of these keys, my security risks have dramatically decreased overall. These are easy to set up and use. The keys come with simple instructions that allows me to install and manage all of my security vulnerabilities, more easily and efficiently.

Solid Instructions make it easy to install. I found the additional IDEM key software for Free on the GoTrust website. Great products for secure access for my business. I also like the form factor.

I got this as a backup for a Yubikey that I've been using for nearly a year now. The GoTrust IDEM key sat in a desk drawer after being setup as a backup MFA option, because I didn't want to pay their FIFTY dollar software subscription fee. So yesterday, I decided to plug it into my laptop port and see if the backup still worked, but guess what? The connector instantly snapped and lodged itself in my USB port, and no this wasn't user error, I've been using security keys like this since they were made available for general consumers. Meanwhile the Yubikey has literally been on my car-key ring for A YEAR, without so much as a scratch. These things are cheap, feature incomplete, and have a subscription based model if you actually want to use the desktop application. DO NOT BUY this key. Seriously. Get a Yubikey or a Google Titan (they are the same price as this, and the feature set+build quality is on an entirely different level when compared to the GoTrust IDEM key.)

I loved this I felt better about my phone being protected!! Works great easy set ups for them as well. Good quality!!

The website indicates, "Passwordless Computer Log-In capabilities on Windows 10/11 and MacOS with GoTrust ID deployed". While that's likely true, I will never no because the GoTrust android/windows app can only be used in conjunction with a corresponding paid server installation of GoTrust ID. The key works fine, but I paid a premium over the cost of the basic Yubikey expecting to have additional features. Should have bought the lower cost Yubikey, as there was no value in the premium price. The key does feel a bit flimsy, but I have no comparison to other keys.
