I like this company's other products, but this one is a failureLike 70-80% of it is not edible even if you keep chewing for a month

This is not the best part of the beef. Its chewy and hard to swallow.

I have been purchasing this biltong for almost a year now. It has never disappointed. The flavor and texture are second to none. This has become my go to snack and I ensure it is always in my pantry. I have tried others, but always came back to Boma. Worth every cent!

Arrived, and as you can see in the first photo, it was not VACUUM sealed as described. Lots of air in the package.Slab was not dried out, extremely moist. I had to slice it all and dry it in my oven at 200 for 40 minutes. Although, at least it’s not soaked in oil as some others I’ve tried.As you can see in the last photo, meat is tough and stretchy and can’t be cleanly sliced.Flavor was lacking. To taste anything at all I had to drown the slices in home made hot sauce.
