Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia: The Complete Season 4

The best show ever

It's out there, what it is, I have no idea.

Words cannot describe how funny "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". I can honestly say that it is one of the, if not the, funniest show i have ever seen(its up there with "30 Rock" for me). And the best part is that every season gets better and better. I don't how these guys can manage to top perfection every season but they somehow pull it off with out a hitch. The only bad thing about this show is that its not very long, but that can be easily forgiven because you can repeatedly watch every single episode and it is still side splittingly funny! I cannot wait for season 4 to come out on DVD so i can re-watch this masterpiece of television ALL over again and it is a huge understatement to say that i am excited for Season 5!!!**PS: anyone who sais that this show is not funny or gives it a bad review has NO sense of humor whats so ever.

Season 4 does not disappoint. The very first episode of this series I ever saw was the "human meat" episode from season 4. I had already heard of this show with Danny Devito (whom I love) but had never seen it. I was immediately hooked and have since bought every season up to date and am currenrtly enjoying season 5 Thursdays at 10:00 on FX. I have also made it my mission to turn everyone I know onto this crazy wildly funny series. It's a little gem. The "Billboard" and the "Critic" episodes are the stand out episodes of season 4. But one of the funniest moments is Sweet Dee in the shoe store in the "Who Pooped the Bed?" episode. Kaitlin Olsen is a talented comedienne and should be right up there with the greats. I can see why Rob MacIlheney fell in love with her.

This show is very crass, crude, and irreverant in all of the best ways. What I like best about it is that it has a unique approach to the characters. They are not sympathetic in any way. In other words, you are not expected to identify or sympathize with them. They are presented as total jerks with the worst of motives doing horrible things to themselves and others. The plot lines tie together much like a Seinfeld episode, and the writing is on par with that show. The dialogue is funny enough that you'll find yourself quoting it, and the character development is as strong as any good comedy.Season 4 is the best one so far, but the show has been very good since the first episode. If you like season 4, I wouldn't hesitate in getting the first 3 seasons.

This show is my guilty pleasure. It is so wrong but it is so good. Funny and entertaining.

I am so glad to as Season 4 to complete my collection of every season to date! It was delivered at the perfect time a few days before Season 5 started on FX. This is quite possibly the funniest show on TV right now. The hilarious adventures of D, mack, charlie and Denis never fail to surprise me and I am so glad that now I can watch episodes from last season whenever I want. Danny Devito is unforgettable as the troll in the Nightman Cometh musical from the final episode. Now I can't wait for the release of A Very Sunny Christmas to see how this dysfunctional gang handles the holidays!

This is a great show! The first time I viewed this season, I wasn't as impressed as I had been with the previous seasons. However, this is a show that definitely benifits from multiple viewings. I thought this season was fantastic! The more times I view, it the more I think it is as good [but not better] as the other seasons. If you have never seen 'It Always Sunny...' whatch the first three seasons first, but if you are well versed in the shannanigans of the owners (and bartender) at Paddy's, do yourself a favour and buy this DVD and be prepared to watch it many, many times.

Just as funny as the last seasons.
