Great addition to the spice rack for moroccan cuisine

This product arrived in the mail today. It came very well packed. It had plastic seal on the bottle. The bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap and that was placed in a small box. That box was then placed in an Amazon box with the normal air wrap packaging. I do not have a tagine so I could not attempt the recipe that was given on Amazon. I did put some on some chicken that I cooked on the grill today and that turned out pretty tasty. The pepper, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and nutmeg mix gave the chicken a very wonderful flavor. I would recommend this product. Only bad point is there is no shaker top. That is why this only got 4 stars .I purchased this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinion.

I love trying new spice blends and jumped at the opportunity to test this out as I'd never even heard of it before.I made the mistake of first testing it by licking my finger and dipping it in the mixture. Whew- the black pepper and cinnamon base hit HARD. It took me multiple days before I was willing to test it again.As a chicken rub on the bbq its pretty fantastic. The bitterness goes away with cooking and you get a very aromatic and savory flavor.I really appreciate that there's no salt because the just kills the flexibility of a seasoning. I see it also can be used for tagine but it'll be quite a while before I have the preserved lemons to test that out.Overall this was a really great mix.

I grabbed this up by mistake but I wasn't too disappointed. It's a tasty and interesting blend of spices, everything that goes well with cinnamon/nutmeg, and I imagine it would be amazing in a cinnamon-based chili recipe...or many other recipes I'm not quite familiar with, lol.

This is a really unique and interesting spice combination with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper. It is excellent on chicken but I think that it would also work on lamb as well as veggies. It is really unique and I can't wait to try the lamb recipe.

This USimplySeason La Kama Spice has the perfect tang, i use it on alot of my stews it gives it the perfect flavor i love the packaging too, it is the nicest, would buy again, great value, highly recommended!

Ingredients don’t get any better than this. And it doesn’t contain any salt as filler. It taste great and actually quite fresh. The blend is really good. The aroma and flavor are superb.
